Please keep in mind:

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Please allow 72 hours notice for catering notices and 48 hours for bakery dessert orders.

    We need a confirmed number 72 hours prior to the event.

    We accept cash and check only at this time.

    A deposit of 50% is required based on an estimate guest count at the time of the reservation.

    Cancellation Policy:

  • If your event is cancelled the day of the party, you will be charged 100% of the event total.
  • If your event is cancelled at least 24 hours before the party and rescheduled for a later date, you will be charged 50% of the event total.
  • If your event is cancelled at least 24 hours before the party and is not rescheduled you will be charged 100% of the event total.

    The following service charge will be added to your final bill:

    8% for non-service events
    15% for service events

  • Delivery charges:

    1-10 miles $10
    10-20 miles $15
    21-30 miles $20

    Staff and Service Charges:

    $18 per hour per lead server
    $15 per hour per other staff

    Charges begin when we leave our kitchen and conclude at the end of the function (this includes clean-up)

    We suggest:

    1 server per 20 guests at a meal event
    1 server per 30 guests at a hors d'oeuvres event

    Rentals:

    Wild Indigo can provide stemware, plates, serving utensils, chafers and service ware for your event. Rentals will start at approximately $2 - $4 per person. (Prices will vary)

    We can also handle all additional rental items for you entire event including tents, tables, chairs and linens.

    Wild Indigo strives to be an Eco-friendly business and in practice with this, we make it our policy that if disposable wares are used at an event we cater, they must be purchased from us, which we offer at our cost. All products are biodegradable, compostable and environmentally friendly. We will buy back any unused, undamaged items.
